Salon Policies Credit cards are accepted. We accept Spa Finder gift cards. Interlude is an appointment only facility. Too shy to ask? Customary tipping standards range from 18-20% of services. Gratuity is allowed on credit cards but not preferred. Gift Cards are redeemable for amount paid, not service specified. Gift cards must be presented prior to the start of the service. Order gift certificates online! We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them as cash. A credit card or gift card number is required upon booking all services. All cancellations MUST provide 24 hour notice. Large groups require 72 hour notice for cancellations. There is a 30% deposit required for multiple service appointments. Insufficient notice or "no shows" will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services deducted from gift card, charged to credit card, or added to your slip on the next visit. Chronic "same day" cancellation clients will only be serviced on a daily, call-in basis without an appointment. We ask that when you visit the salon & spa to turn cell phones off or to vibrate. Unfortunately, our quiet environment is not suitable for children. Please make arrangements for your children prior to your visit.
